St Moritz Winter Pentathlon

In February 2022 I spent 5 days in St Moritz shooting the inaugural Winter Pentathlon. Based on the Winter Pentathlon that was a demonstration sport in the 1948 Winter Olympic games, the athletes competed in Ski Mountaineering, Giant Slalom, Speed Skating, Ski Touring and a Monobob run to finish.

Most impressive is that most had never done a Monobob run in their life and were reaching speeds of 120kph!

Such a fun day trying to keep up with the athletes on this 18km course in St Moritz and always good to be back on snow.
